Eastridge expects and requires the best from every learner, staff member and parent to ensure that excellence in every aspect of the school is realised. A minimum performance of 80% pass per subject is expected from each learner.
We exist solely to provide a holistic education that enhances the development of the mind, body and soul, and thus fit students for citizenship in this and the world to come. To that end, Eastridge Christian School envisages learners with an impeccable character and exemplary conduct.
In everything, both learners and members of staff are required to act in utmost good faith.
In dealing with both the school and the larger community, staff and learners are obligated to be honest at all times.
Responsiveness to the needs of Eastridge
For as long as staff and learners are within the premises of Eastridge Christian School, they are required to put Eastridge first.
Eastridge is a product of the community and exists to fulfil a community mandate. For that reason, in all the school plans and programmes, the needs of the community take precedence.
Every member of Eastridge Community will be required to render maximum participation in all the plans and programmes of the school.
Eastridge believes nothing, if anything, can be achieved without due respect among staff members and learners. A high degree of respect among learners and staff is the standard set for everyone.
